18^th June: Shoreham to Fécamp 90 Nautical Miles. Early departure for daylight landfall in Fécamp

Daylight Landfall in Fécamp, Arrival at circa 18:00 BST /19:00 French time, assuming a midnight departure from Shoreham and a 5 knots SOG progress

Fécamp St Valery en Caux: 18 Nautical Miles

Sluice gate open 2 ½ hr before to 1 ¾ hr after high tide at H and H + 30’

 A day in Patrick’s home town, I’ll book the marina, dinner at the Casino Restaurant by the sea front if I can. Visit to the small fishermen’s chapel, the monument to the aviators Costes and Bellonte, and the memorial to the 51^st Highlanders.

I’ll have access to a car for the duration for Supermarket Booze and goodies shopping
